Blaronaire Delivery Policy

At Blaronaire, we are committed to providing a seamless and efficient delivery experience for our customers. Please review our delivery policy below:

1. Shipping Options & Costs We offer the following shipping methods across South Africa:

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day – R140

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days – R100

  • Pep Paxi Delivery: Collect from the nearest Pep Paxi point – R110

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery timeframes are estimated and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

  • If you do not receive your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us for assistance.

4. Delivery Address & Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure that the provided delivery address is correct and accessible.

  • Blaronaire is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses or failure to receive the package.

  • For Pep Paxi deliveries, customers are responsible for collecting their orders from the selected Pep Store location.

5. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided for all shipped orders.

  • Customers can track their orders using the provided tracking link or by contacting our support team.

6. Pickup Option

  • Customers can opt to collect their orders at our physical store: The Ark @1349, Nkomo Village Shopping Mall, 49 Tlou Street, Atteridgeville, Pretoria.

7. Non-Delivery & Reshipment

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to the recipient being unavailable, a re-delivery fee may apply.

  • If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
